Pam Ludwig
President / Owner
Pam’s Dad Dale Larsen founded United Fence Co. in 1956. Pam took over when Dale passed in 2004 and has overseen all aspects of the company since. Prior to her tenure at United Fence Pam was a travel agent and partner in Oasis Travel in St. George. Pam has managed a Maverik store (one of their busiest at the time) and was awarded Maverik’s “Manager of the Year”. Pam began her working career right here at United Fence as a secretary way back in the 1970’s and is committed to maintaining the high standards set by her father.
Tyler Whetstone
Vice President / Commercial Sales
Tyler has worked at United Fence Co. since 2002. He has done everything from digging holes to installing the fences and gates. Tyler has been our commercial salesman since 2011. While he spends most of his time looking at construction plans and providing estimates he also helps out wherever he is needed. Tyler represents the 3rd generation of our family owned and operated business.
Grover Everett
Sales Manager / Residential Sales
Grover has built fences for over a decade. Starting his career in San Diego as crew member, he quickly became a project foreman. Since moving to Utah and joining the United Fence Team, he has been a great asset. His attention to detail and thorough understanding of project management earned him a position as a Residential Estimator. Grover is a proud father of two boys, he loves baseballs, and spends his free time exploring the beautiful Utah mountains.
Fred Luttmer
Commercial Sales
Fred joined the united Fence team in July of 2017. Hired as a residential sales person, he quickly moved to the commercial sales with his ability to read blue prints. Fred will greet you with a smile and willing answer fence questions in any circumstance. When not selling fence Fred enjoys his family, his Harley Davidson Motorcycle, fishing, and traveling with his wife, Shari.
Craig Earl
Residential Sales
Craig has been with United Fence since July 2017. He works on the residential side because he likes to work with people and help solve their problems. Craig is happily married with 5 kids and many happy grand kids. He try’s to stay young by skiing, boating, fishing and golfing. He loves the outdoors.
Brian Hedderman
Residential Sales
Brian is a territory manager with United Fence Company and has been in customer service for over 15 years. As a territory manager, he is responsible for overseeing customer’s fencing projects from start to finish and making sure all customers are satisfied with their finished product. When Brian is not working you’ll find him golfing, camping and enjoying time with his family.
Phil Ludwig
Office Staff
After 22 years in sales for Frito Lay Phil retired and joined our team in 2014. Phil spends part of his time putting out fires and resolving problems. The rest of his time is spent ensuring that we maintain our high standards while being as efficient as possible. To achieve this goal Phil can often be found working with the salesman, crews, and suppliers.
Brynn Longhurst

Brynn started at United Fence in 2020. Prior to starting at United Fence she ran an in home daycare for 12 years. Brynn is happily married and the proud mother of 2. She enjoys spending time with her husband and kids on her time off. Brynn always has a positive attitude and a smile on her face.

Steve is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and customer service. Having relocated from New York to Utah over seven years ago, he brings a diverse perspective to his work. As a dedicated New York Mets fan and avid baseball enthusiast, Steve is committed to visiting every professional baseball stadium in the country. When he’s not working, Steve enjoys exploring new destinations with his dogs and has a passion for collecting baseball caps.
